Is the 5G network realy dangerous to our health?
Yes, there is a lot of concern in many health communities that 5G wireless can pose a greater health threat to our biological systems than previous wireless services.
What are the Advantages of 5G Technology?
Here’s what you can do to start protecting yourself today. For more information on how to safely limit your EMF exposure
EMF stands for electromagnetic field - although invisible to the naked eye, EMF fields are created when an electric and a magnetic current runs perpendicular to each other, creating invisible wave forms. EMFs occur in nature, including the EMF created by the sun and the earth itself. There are many types, but we are talking about non-ionizing EMF fields that you are exposed to when you use electronics.
In short, yes, electromagnetic sensitivity is a real phenomenon because these non-native EMFs interfere with our body’s natural electromagnetic field.

Here are some things you can start doing TODAY to reduce exposure:
- Get the phone OFF your body. Seriously. Even a purse or bag is a better way to carry it, but be aware fields do not majorly diminish until the phone is a few feet away. Please use the speaker on the phone, or a non-bluetooth ear phones.
- Remember – airplane mode is your friend! Anytime you aren’t using your phone, put it in airplane mode!
- Get the phone out of your bedroom. Put it in airplane mode or just turn it off at night entirely.
- Keep your computer off your lap. You can tell the truth! Have you ever watched a full movie with the computer right over your pelvic region? Let’s try to avoid that one.
- Keep routers, wifi, and computers out of your bedroom and as far away from your bedroom as feasibly possible. Sleep is when our bodies heal themselves, so we don’t need any dirty EMF around when this is happening.
- Start turning off your wifi, and if it isn’t too complicated, your router at night and when you aren’t using it! If you can do old fashioned Ethernet rather than wifi that will cut down on EMF significantly!
Otherwise this is going to be kind of non-technical, but the answer is certainly “Nope.”
People flip out about radiation, but it’s important to distinguish between ionizing and non-ionizing radiation. 5G works in the microwave part of the spectrum, which is non-ionizing radiation, which (very basically) means it transfers heat, as opposed to what radioactive stuff will do: rip electrons off of atoms.
That said, a microwave oven also emits microwave radiation, and that can make a glass of water hot enough to scald you. So is it dangerous or not? Well, it’s a question of magnitude. A microwave produces about 1000 Watts of power continuously concentrated inside the microwave, and that energy is absorbed and converted to heat, which over time can be dangerous. A 5g phone (or any cellular or wifi device) will produce maybe 1 Watt of power - also getting turned into heat as it hits your.
So we’re talking about extremely low power, making small amounts of heat. You could maybe build a device that holds a hundred 5g phone all pointing at a single spot and start a call on all of them and use it to cook an egg over 20 minutes, but when you stick your hand in there it would just feel kind of warm. That’s because your body is really good at moving heat around, in order to withstand the heat of the sun. Sunlight at sea-level hits you with about 1000 Watts per square meter, and that in the more-energetic infrared, visible, and ultraviolet parts of the spectrum. Much more dangerous than your cell phone.
So nope, not dangerous under normal circumstances. Still, maybe don’t go climbing into microwave ovens, or hugging cellular towers on hot, humid days: you might get heat stroke.
