Moreover, Huawei has also planned to involve AI (Artificial Intelligence) as an integral part of the 5G strategy implemented by the company. The other two companies leading in the field of 5G technologies are Nokia (NOK) and Ericsson (ERIC) and these two companies are likely to benefit the most after the recent ban of 5G equipment manufactured by Huawei by the US Government and share prices of these two companies have gone up substantially after the announcement of the ban on Huawei.
However, neither 5G service or 5GPhones are available everywhere just yet, and release dates are different for every carrier in the US,
- Verizon: Fixed and mobile 5G is life in a few areas
- AT&T: Mobile 5G for select customers in 19 cities; wider coverage in 2019
- T-Mobile: Commercial 5G launch in the second half of 2019; nationwide coverage expected in 2020

I’ve seen a lot of people mentioning Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia in 5G discussions. But I’m curious — are there any new startups trying to compete with these giants? I was reading about tech innovations earlier while updating my roblox fps unlocker and started thinking about how fast this 5G evolution really is.
